ABOUT THIS ROLE

Zogo is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.  At Zogo, our mission is to make finance fun, simple, and social.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product development team and the market by crafting compelling narratives, driving adoption, and ensuring Zogo resonates with our target audiences. You will play a critical role in shaping how our product is positioned, marketed, and perceived.

This is a great opportunity to join an established yet expanding fintech company that is revolutionizing financial education as we know it.

Who you are:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.

  • You are confident in adapting to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities concurrently.

  • You have exceptional communication skills, strong organization, and marketing generalist abilities.

  • You work equally well autonomously as you do on a team; making an effort to make all individuals you work with feel respected and valued while exhibiting a high degree of ownership for your own projects and tasks.

  • You constantly think user-first, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.

  • You are equal parts thinker and executor. You are eager to understand ‘why’ and execute the means to answer it.

  • You understand how to track marketing performance across multiple platforms with an eagerness to learn new ones.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Through this research you will identify key targets and product market fit.

  • Developing clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Leading marketing campaign execution designed to drive lead generation and product adoption, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Overseeing the creation of Sales collateral, presentations, and tools that empower the Sales team to effectively communicate product value.

  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple systems/platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot), iterating on strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Leverage your understanding of social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and product market fit to optimize social presence for engagement and lead generation.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or consumer B2B environment. Fin-tech marketing experience is a plus.

  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.

  • Ability to partner closely with Product teams, understanding their constraints and ways of working.

  • Proficiency in market research, analytics tools, and customer segmentation.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
