ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in scaling our high-performing team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles across multiple functions, focusing on attracting top-tier talent in a highly competitive market. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, you’ll provide strategic insight into market trends, candidate sourcing strategies, and workforce planning. Your ability to build robust pipelines, execute on hiring strategies, and foster an amazing candidate experience will be essential in helping us attract and retain the best talent in fintech.
Duties/Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding—for senior and strategic roles across various teams, including engineering, product, data, marketing, and operations.
Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, inclusive, and thoughtful candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, serving as an advocate for candidates and a reflection of our culture.
Partnerships with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, helping define role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish hiring plans that align with our company goals.
Talent Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, tech communities, and other modern tools to identify and engage diverse, high-quality talent pools.
Market Insights: Stay current on fintech/financial services hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive talent landscape to offer data-driven guidance to hiring teams and leadership.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; prior experience in a high-growth startup, fintech, or financial services environment preferred.
Experience recruiting for technical (e.g., software engineering, data science, product management, information technology, etc.), financial services operations (Securities Processing, Risk, Client Services, Relationship Management, etc.), and business operations (e.g. Finance, Compliance, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc.) roles
Strong experience with HRIS/ATS tools (Workday) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other innovative recruiting technologies.
Required Skills/Abilities
Deep understanding of the fintech, tech, or financial services industries, including key talent and hiring challenges.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Strong ability to interpret data, provide insights, and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Proven track record of driving diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting process.
Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
